You may book Game Mondo cabins for personal leisure purposes only. You agree to treat the property and grounds with care, respect quiet hours, follow safety guidelines, and use the facilities responsibly alongside other guests and our team.
You're responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all activity under your account. If you notice any unauthorized bookings or suspicious access, contact us immediately so we can help.
Rates are charged upfront for your chosen dates and shown in full before you complete your booking. You can modify your dates, upgrade your cabin tier, or cancel directly from your account dashboard anytime.
You can cancel anytime. Your reservation remains active through the current booking period; after that date, no further charges apply and your cancellation is complete.
We maintain our cabins and facilities to a high standard, but to the extent the law allows our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your stay during the period any issue occurred.
